More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the current congressional release.
